Professional Fire Fighters of Maryland Endorse Jorge Delgado for Congress
Ocean City, MD – Delgado for Congress today announced that the Professional Fire Fighters of Maryland is proud to endorse Republican Jorge Delgado’s campaign to unseat Andy Harris in Maryland’s 1st Congressional District. The Professional Fire Fighters of Maryland is the umbrella organization representing all affiliates of the International Association of Fire Fighters located in the State of Maryland. IAFF represents over 10,000 active and retired professional fire fighters in Maryland, and more than 300,000 across the world.
“I could not be more honored and humbled to have the endorsement of the Professional Fire Fighters of Maryland,” said Jorge Delgado. “I am constantly in awe of the selflessness displayed day in and day out by our first responders. These men and women put their lives on the line every day in service to their communities, and earning their support means a lot to me, personally. I pledge that when elected to Congress, these men and women will finally have a friend in Maryland’s 1st Congressional District, an open door, and a seat at the table. I will continue to be a tireless advocate who will stand up and fight for those fighting for us.”
“The Professional Fire Fighters of Maryland are proud to announce our endorsement of Jorge Delgado for Maryland’s 1st Congressional District,” said Jeffrey Buddle, president of the Professional Fire Fighters of Maryland. “We believe that Jorge’s strong support of fire fighters and desire to deliver a much-needed improvement to constituent services are hallmarks of his campaign,” said Buddle.
“We look forward to Mr. Delgado bringing fresh new ideas to Washington, DC on behalf of all the constituents residing in Maryland’s 1st Congressional District,” said Buddle.
